the sweet little workers at the drive-thru at our local Chick-fil-A. When they are so polite, I don't mind paying $6 for a chicken sandwich. And I actually believe them when they say, "It would be my pleasure to serve you at the window!"
Every fast food restaurant should be this friendly. The customers notice the difference.
