I walk past this daily and my heart smiles at these photos of our parents...
and grandparents...
Some great-grandparents that I've met, and some I haven't...
And how it lead to us...
When I stop and and look at five generations of our family photos, I always sing an old Brad Paisley song in my head. The chorus says:
"There ain't nothing not affected
When two hearts get connected
All that is, will be, or ever was
Every single choice we make
Every breath we get to take
Is all because two people fell in love."
And today I'm grateful that eight people who would eventually become four sets of great-grandparents, fell in love all those years ago.
